These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AltPixel (the “Service”), operated by Branding House FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AltPixel provides web-based tools to convert image files between formats and to generate SEO-focused alt text using artificial intelligence. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
  • Upload content that depicts child sexual abuse or non-consensual sexual material.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive, harass, or defraud others.
  • Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or authentication controls.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership rights in the images and text you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to convert an image or generate alt text). We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that our processing of it will not violate any law or third-party right.

5. AI-generated output

Alt text and other AI-generated output is produced by third-party models and is provided on an “as is” basis. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or relying on it.

6. Usage limits

Free accounts may generate a limited number of AI alt texts within a rolling 24-hour window. We may change these limits, add paid tiers, or throttle usage that we reasonably believe is abusive.

7. Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Branding House FZ-LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no licence is granted to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including hosting, authentication, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers beyond our own reasonable diligence in selecting them.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branding House FZ-LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Branding House FZ-LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be signalled by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.
